This is a meeting for Church Leaders: This will be a valuable time for us to look ahead together for 2026. As leaders, it is important that we intentionally seek God’s direction for the year, think through our ministries, and pray about the plans that will help our church grow in faith, love, discipleship and mission. The purpose of this gathering is: • To prayerfully commit our plans and ministries for the year ahead to God • To renew our excitement for the church and the ministries God has entrusted to us • To encourage and strengthen one another as leaders serving together The Bible reminds us of the importance of planning with God at the centre: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3
